Kaouthar Darmoni

Kaouthar Darmoni is absolutely a feminist, in the most positive sense of the word: she strives for equality. Balance between men and women. She calls this ‘FeMale balance’. Kaoutar has dedicated herself to this cause for more than 25 years, helping women across the globe fight to solidify their place in the world and to use their feminine energy for the better. She also places emphasis on building bridges between cultures, namely that of her early Arabic, Muslim culture and the Western culture she fully embraces. A passionate activist, doesn’t beat around the bush, has an incredibly big heart. In short, someone who has something to say and who you want to listen to. Lucky you! All you have to do is take a seat...

Can be seen and heard at The Self-Made Summit...
...as part of the New Female Leaders panel. Moderated by Caroline Glasbergen (entrepreneur and founder of New Female Leaders), the panel has been put together by way of her personal insights and exceptional network.

The topic of the panel? Female leadership:

  • Where do we stand?

  • What is still to win?

  • How are we going to achieve this?

Caroline will discuss all of the above with Maartje Laterveer (writer for the likes of De Volkskrant, Het Financiele Dagblad [The Financial Times] and Vogue), Marlies Dekkers (founder of marlies|dekkers) and Kaouthar Darmoni. Other topics that the New Female Leaders panel will shine light upon: being a woman, sexuality and spirituality. Because let’s be honest, all of these topics are intertwined. How do you stay feminine, keep in touch with yourself and make an impact? How do you find the right balance between masculine and feminine energy? With her tremendous curiosity and razor-sharp journalistic talent, Caroline will search for the answers along with help from Maartje, Marlies and Kaouthar.
